Dave Dechape is the Lead Pastor of New Covenant Church of Albuquerque, he finds joy in serving alongside a Jesus-loving and gifted leadership team and church body. Supported by his lovely wife, J’lene, and their two daughters, Makenna and Cailyn, Dave is passionate about guiding believers and unbelievers toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through clear biblical preaching. His dedication to God's transformative Word is rooted in a life-changing encounter with Jesus at the age of 21. Pastor Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Christian Heritage College as well as a Master’s of Religious Studies, a Master’s of Arts in Biblical Studies, and a Master’s of Divinity from Southern California Seminary.
